I think an interesting blog post could be written on the topic of marriage partners improving their intimacy through sharing their true thoughts and feelings, their real selves, and their opinions and revelations.
I will definitely keep your idea in mind as I work on this issue - I am sure there are several dimensions here that need to be mined.
cheers.

I will definitely address that point!
Thanks so much for coming by!
I can see I am going to busy with this topic!

When I took on this topic at the suggestion of another blogger, I think I was thinking primarily along the emotional line - but I think it might be fun to tackle the physical dimension of intimacy as well.

I could be wrong, and I am looking forward to what a professional opinion is on the topic!
For the record, I do not have a fear of intimacy, as far as I know, quite the contrary!
Thanks for your exceptional effort.
I am sure you are correct - that the fear of emotional intimacy would be a great hinderance to physical intimacy.
I am going to be at a conference for the next three days so I will be tied up - it will be at least Sunday before I get to working on this.

Enjoy your conference!
I think you are right - about the relationship between the physical and emotional parts of intimacy -
I will work on this post.

That Gallagher is too funny!
I am going to do some writing about the male and female versions of intimacy as well.
Thanks for coming by

thanks for visiting.

Great question - poets, especially, have waxed eloquently for thousands of years on that question - I don't think I have the linguistic expertise to match the artists.
I will try to give a humble stab at it, though.
